Your Role Explore a Range of Tax Disciplines : Gain hands-on experience in International Tax, Corporate Tax, Global Mobility, Personal Taxation, and VAT. Help businesses navigate local and global tax laws.
Build leadership skills : Manage a portfolio of clients with coaching from managers and partners, with opportunities to develop autonomy from day one.
Become a Data Detective : Analyse client data, research technical tax issues, and propose solutions that add value.
Build Meaningful Relationships : Work closely with clients and collaborate with other departments to deliver integrated solutions.
Communication Pro Pro : Keep managers, directors, and partners informed of progress, issues, and insights on assignments.
Deliver Excellence : Contribute to high-quality tax assignments, ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and drive positive outcomes.
Development Support Crowe will sponsor your accounting qualification (ACA or ACCA) and a Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) qualification.

What We’re Looking For Academic Performance : 2.1 or higher in undergraduate degree; recent graduates or 2026 graduates welcome.
Future Accountants : Enthusiasm for a career in Tax and accounting, regardless of background.
Eligibility : Right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
Communication Champs : Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving.
Attention to Detail : Meticulous with a focus on accuracy.
