Company Intro / Summary A respected Project and Cost Management Consultancy based in Dublin is seeking an ambitious Assistant Project Manager to join their growing team. Hybrid working arrangements and occasional site visits are part of the role, providing flexibility and exposure to a diverse range of projects. Responsibilities Assist in the planning, coordination, and management of construction projects from inception to completion. Support senior project managers in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Lead and coordinate project teams, consultants, and contractors during various project phases. Prepare project programmes, progress reports, and client presentations. Participate in project meetings and monitor key milestones and deliverables. Conduct site visits as required to assess progress and ensure compliance with project plans. Contribute to tender evaluations, feasibility assessments, and procurement processes. Ensure strong communication with clients, design teams, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline. 23 years experience in project management or a similar client-side role. Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing construction projects. Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft Office suite. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work independently. Full driving licence and willingness to undertake occasional site visits. Package Salary: €50,000 €55,000 DOE. Hybrid / Work-From-Home option available. Full-time, permanent role based in Dublin.
