We are growing steadily through repeat business, trusted relationships and new business wins and now we need an Event Manager / Senior Event Manager to grow with us.
At the moment, we are considering applicants for a 1-year fixed term contract. We are open to speaking to freelancers, full timers, part timers - we are flexible
You are an experienced event project manager who thrives in fast-paced, high-trust environments. You know what agency life is like, juggling timelines juggling timelines, managing suppliers,keeping clients happy, and pivoting when needed without breaking a sweat. You care about doing a good job. You care about the detail. You enjoy being part of a small but powerful team and know that great outcomes are always a team effort.
You will work directly with our Managing Director and play a leading role in the delivery of international corporate events, while also helping to support and guide our other team members.
This role is ideal for someone with3+ years’ experience leading corporate events in an event agencywho is ready to step up, bring structure, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Project Management
Lead the end-to-end delivery of B2B events globally , including logistics, budget, supplier and on-site management.
Own timelines, budgets, task lists, and delivery standards from kick-off to debrief.
Be the client’s go-to person. Building trust through clear communication, transparency, and follow-through.
Support RFPs and event proposal preperation and ideation, production and pitching to clients
Develop and implement templates, SOPs, and event operations processes, such as site visit reports, running orders, and checklists.
Collaborate closely with the Managing Director to keep projects on track, resolve problems quickly, and maintain our high standards.
Source venues and suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage all pre-production and onsite needs.
Team & Culture

Be a sounding board and motivator for team members.
Be proactive about improving how we work, suggesting new ways of doing things, testing tools, or updating systems.
You
Minimum 3 years’ experience leading corporate events in a corporate event agency environment.
A solid understanding of the full event project lifecycle in an event agency with experience across international event delivery.
Excellent organisational skills; you love structure, deadlines, and a polished final product.
Strong interpersonal and client management skills, confident in owning communications and leading client calls.
Experience working with platforms like Microsoft 365, Stova (or similar tools).
Comfortable with remote working and working closely with a small, high-trust team.
We work remotely with option of hybrid to our office in Swords, Dublin (beside Dublin Airport)
Remuneration
Salary depending on experience.
