Were seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join a leading Top 10 accountancy practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional with strong leadership skills and extensive experience managing a large and varied client base. The Role: As an Audit Manager, youll be responsible for overseeing multiple audit engagements and managing a portfolio of at least 20 clients across a diverse range of industries. Youll lead teams, review work, and ensure audits are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in line with professional standards while maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Manage and deliver multiple audit engagements (minimum 20 clients on your portfolio). Review and finalise audit files in line with FRS 102 and auditing standards. Lead, mentor, and develop junior and senior team members. Maintain strong, clear communication with clients both verbally and in person. Build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Identify opportunities to improve processes and add value across engagements. About You: ACA/ACCA qualified, with at least 3 years post-qualified experience in audit management. Proven experience managing a client portfolio of 20+ clients. Strong technical knowledge of FRS 102 and audit regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Confident managing multiple priorities and client relationships simultaneously. Professional, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.
