Osborne are partnering with a large national organisation in looking for a new experienced executive officer to join this busy and collaborative team. This is a permanent position, and we are looking for a candidate that enjoys working in a team environment and managing competing priorities daily. This is a busy role with a mix of administration, executive support and communication work involved day to day. This role with suit a candidate who believes they are a “self-starter” and want to lead and take accountability for their workload. This a positive and supportive organisation who would like someone who is customer service orientated to work with them.
Salary: €55K +
Job Type: Permanent Position
Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive administrative and secretarial support, managing correspondence, schedules, and confidential matters.
Coordinate events and meetings, including logistics, agendas, travel, and guest arrangements.
Support senior managers with report editing, agenda preparation, and meeting coordination.
Handle onboarding processes and documentation for new representatives and staff.
Process and verified expense claims and managed approval workflows.
Assist with annual events, preparing documentation, communications, and delegate materials.
Compile and formatted motions, agendas, and official reports for discussions and plenary sessions.
Maintain secure records, databases, and libraries of legal, administrative, and reference materials.
Requirements:
Strong skills and experience with IT systems such as Office 365 and SharePoint
High level of experience with customer relationship management systems
Experience in organising and managing events
Skilled in taking and editing minutes
At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Full clean driving license and access to a car
Availability to attend annual events and other events outside normal working hours as needed
