We are looking for chefs to join our new Food & Beverage Offering in Beckett Locke - North Wall Quay and Zanzibar Locke - Ormond Quay in Dublin. In an (overly simplistic) nutshell our Chefs are; Confident, warm and effervescent individuals, focused on curating an experience that each one of our customer desires from the moment they step over our threshold Cover all kitchen and back house duties including breakfast menu, lunch/dinner menus and prep for daily sales. Ability to prep and execute delivery of hotel events Cleanliness and hygiene to be of the highest degree. Endlessly curious and always trying to improve and impress the products and customer expectations But most importantly they are humans like us. We dont believe in a work persona, we avoid hierarchy and we connect with empathy and honesty. Our Chefs dont shy away from the fundamentals either; they embrace our systems and tech and they are eager to learn and evolve.
