Cyber Security GRC Analyst Location: Dublin Type: Full-Time | €45,000 - €60,000 DOE A large organisation with a growing security function is seeking a Cyber GRC Analyst to help strengthen its governance, risk, and compliance capability. This role sits within a central security team and focuses on ensuring that internal controls, regulatory requirements, and security standards are met across the business. This position suits someone with experience in cybersecurity, compliance, auditing, or risk functions who wants to progress their career in a structured GRC environment. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day GRC activities, helping maintain oversight of security controls and compliance tasks. Assist in collecting evidence for internal and external assessments (including control testing, audit queries, and regulatory requests). Work with internal teams to ensure documentation, control records, and supporting material are up to date. Help prepare responses for client security questionnaires and third-party assurance requests. Maintain organised repositories for policies, controls, and compliance artefacts. Track findings, risks, and remediation progress to ensure deadlines are met. Contribute to awareness activities and help improve understanding of compliance requirements across teams. Partner with security operations, engineering, and IT to validate that new systems and processes align with recognised standards. Skills & Experience Experience in cybersecurity, GRC, internal audit, or similar fields. Understanding of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOC2, or related standards. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with structured documentation. Good communication skills and the confidence to collaborate with non-technical teams. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess risks and interpret control requirements. Security certifications (Security+, ISO lead auditor, etc.) are beneficial but not essential.
