We are delighted to announce an opportunity for an Information Security Analyst (Specified Purpose Contract) and invite applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates. As part of the Information Security Team, the postholder will help protect Bon Secours Health System from cyber threats by managing technology solutions, services, and third-party security partners. The role also offers exposure to other key areas of Information Security, including GRC, security architecture, identity and access management, engineering, and operations. The Ideal Candidate will have: Degree in Computer Science, information security, business or related field. and Information Security Certification Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a technical role. Familiar with compliance regulation, IT, security framework, and best practices industry standards (i.e. ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, COBIT, etc). Experience conducting security audits and risk assessments. Experience building policies and processes to minimise information security risks. Understanding of security operations and SIEM technologies. High degree of interpersonal skills will be required given this role will interact with many teams. Strong verbal and writing communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts to a non-technical audience. Strong technical knowledge of networking (TCP/IP networks and protocols) Strong experience with Windows Server and desktop operating systems Experience with cyber security tools (Azure, Defender EDR, InTune, Firewalls, etc) Desirable 3+ years in information security, preferred Security+, CISSP Networking Network configuration.
