This role will focus on assessing cyber risk across internal environments and key service partners, supporting ongoing compliance initiatives, and helping mature the organisation's overall risk posture.You'll work closely with stakeholders across technology and the business, contributing to risk assessments, documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement. The environment is fast-paced, structured, and highly regulated, similar to what you'd expect within major investment and insurance groups operating internationally.The RoleSupport cyber risk assessments across internal systems and third partiesTrack remediation plans and follow up on open risk itemsMaintain risk registers and supporting documentationAssist with policy, standards and governance updatesContribute to reporting for management and audit functionsEngage with stakeholders to communicate risks and mitigation stepsSupport regulatory alignment (GDPR, SOX, NIS2 Identify improvements to risk workflows and toolingExperience Required2-4 years' experience in information security, GRC or risk managementStrong documentation and organisational skillsUnderstanding of cyber risk concepts and controlsAbility to communicate with technical and non-technical audiencesExperience working with policies, standards or frameworksDetail-focused with strong follow-throughComfortable working with stakeholders across the businessNice to HaveExperience with GRC toolsExposure to vendor riskIndustry certifications (Security+, ISO27001, Financial sector backgroundReperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
