Job Overview

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for leading audit assignments and managing a team of professionals to deliver exceptional client service.

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting directly to partners, working towards the achievement of firm goals and objectives.
  • Leading audit and audit exempt assignments from a combined pool of staff to achieve client satisfaction and attainable deadlines.
  • Manage and mentor a team of audit professionals to enhance their skills and abilities.
  • Responsible for delivering projects on time and within budget, ensuring seamless coordination between departments.
  • Strengthening relationships with clients through effective service delivery and coordination.
  • Remaining up-to-date with changes in auditing standards and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Contribute to the growth and strategic direction of the firm by identifying opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Accredited Certification in Accounting or related field, minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience in a medium/large practice environment.
  • Tax knowledge is an advantage.
  • Proven track record in staff management and development.
  • Excellent planning and organisational capabilities.
  • Ability to provide clear guidance and support to team members.
  • In-depth knowledge of auditing standards and regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
