About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Planning and Capacity Lead to join our team in Ardee, Co. Louth.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
About the Job:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading teams of Care Coordinators, Care Planners, Care Schedulers, and Branch Managers to achieve set targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Key responsibilities include driving performance in forward planning of scheduling for clients and carers, ensuring annual leave is being planned appropriately across all offices, and identifying issues with scheduling and planning and implementing effective solutions.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong administration, IT, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a healthcare or customer service role (preferred)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Experience of leading or managing a team in a changing environment
- Strong planning and organization skills
