Job Title: Strategic Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated coordinator to oversee the planning and execution of our operations in Ardee, Co. Louth.

This role is ideal for an individual with strong administrative, IT, and organisational skills, who can effectively communicate and work with teams to achieve set targets and KPIs.

  • Lead a team of coordinators to drive performance in forward planning of scheduling for clients and carers.
  • Develop strategies to ensure annual leave is planned appropriately across all offices and targets are being achieved.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify issues with scheduling and planning, and implement effective solutions.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records and documentation.

The successful candidate will have experience in a healthcare or customer service role, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
