We are seeking a highly motivated Data Insight Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone from an agriculture or farming background who enjoys a mix of practical problem-solving and structured administrative work.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the Service Manager with day-to-day operations, including scheduling, supplier liaison, and follow-ups on pricing and service reports.
  • Assist with preparing accurate invoices and ensuring the accuracy of service-related documentation.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients and suppliers, handling incoming calls efficiently.
  • Analyse performance and costing reports, providing valuable insights to improve efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets for data tracking and monthly reporting.
  • Monitor operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with our ERP system (Intact) to support scheduling, reporting, and data management.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience in data analysis, coordination, and scheduling.
  • Agricultural or farming background preferred, but not required.
  • Strong practical approach with the ability to balance administrative duties and operational problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (reporting, formulas, analysis).
  • Experience with ERP systems (Intact or similar) is a plus.
