Contract Type: Self-employed contractor. Responsible for own taxes.

Hours of Work: 37.5 per week

Reports to: Head of B2B Marketing

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced marketing expert to lead our marketing activity across Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads through well-targeted multichannel campaigns, managing campaign budgets and timelines.

This role will work closely with local B2B sales and product teams as well as the central B2B marketing team. As a key member of the team, you will need to be proactive, commercially minded and excellent at balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

The ideal candidate will have experience with using insight to drive decisions, developing high-performing teams and developing marketing activities that directly impact commercial growth. You will be responsible for ensuring the brand is appropriately presented for the B2B marketplaces, highlighting the strong localisation of our content.

You will develop and implement marketing campaigns tailored to the Irish B2B markets, ensuring cultural relevance and alignment with regional educational standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing campaign strategies to generate high-quality leads.
  • Maintaining and enhancing brand presence.
  • Designing and executing strategies to generate high-quality leads.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand market nuances.
  • Monitoring and analysing campaign performance.

Key qualifications and skills include:

  • 3+ years experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the education sector or related industries.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing lead generation strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage digital marketing activity including Google Ads and LinkedIn.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in analysing marketing data to inform decision making.
  • Ability to move autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements
  • Experience with CRM and marketing tools (e.g. Hubspot and Meltwater).
