Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Content Specialist with expertise in creating engaging content for Amazon and other ecommerce platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies that drive sales, improve product visibility, and enhance customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be fluent in German. They will also have a solid understanding of ecommerce platforms, including Amazon, and be proficient in using third-party digital marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement content strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Enhance and revamp existing product copy across the entire product catalog on Amazon Germany.
  • Improve backend keywords for the product catalog on Amazon Germany.
  • Provide recommendations for driving sales on Amazon Germany and other ecommerce platforms.
  • Create enriched content using various assets such as videos, additional images, and descriptive copy.
  • Facilitate promotional campaigns by acting as a liaison between Sales, Brand, and Creative Services teams.
  • Work closely with global colleagues to share insights and optimize gotomarket strategies across multiple regions.
  • Lead and coordinate the assessment of content improvements on the Amazon platform.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in written and spoken German.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Proven success in cross-functional organizations and a global mindset.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and third-party digital marketing tools.
  • Experience with web analytics and interpreting customer trends.
  • Background in crafting or advising on digital strategies.
