On-Premise Trade Marketing Manager Job

The On-Premise Trade Marketing Manager is a key role responsible for developing, implementing, and cultivating the RedBull brand image in the On-Premise environment. The primary objective is to increase the RedBull share of mind and consumption among industry stakeholders such as staff, decision makers, owners, and influencers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive share of mind with industry stakeholders through strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Create, coordinate, and approve tailor-made installations that enhance the RedBull brand presence.
  • Support Musketeers and Key Account managers in implementing marketing tools and concepts.
  • Collaborate with the National RedBull Marketing Team to ensure cross-departmental synergy and maximize the impact of marketing initiatives.
  • Translate national research results and insights into actionable activities and strategies for On-Premise focus areas.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities to enhance marketing activities.
  • Manage the national event and festival strategy to create engaging experiences for customers.
  • Execute marketing activities and POS activations at RedBull events, festivals, and third-party events in line with international strategy.
  • Share best practices and case studies within the national and international teams to promote knowledge sharing.
  • Build a network with external agencies, influencers, decision makers, and event organizers for new collaborations.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of marketing experience in a commercial environment.
  • Degree in Marketing or Business.
  • Experience in the On-Premise environment preferred.
  • People leadership or management experience preferred.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Analytical skills to analyze consumer, sales, and customer data.
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
  • Flexibility to work nights and weekends.
  • Working knowledge of iOS and MS Office.
