We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead the organisation's online content, social media engagement, and digital strategy. This role offers the opportunity to drive brand awareness, build a thriving online community, and shape the organisation's digital presence across multiple platforms.
You will report to the Head of Group Communications and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact campaigns, compelling content, and innovative engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Channel Management
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with brand goals.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content across all owned digital channels.
- Ensure tone, style, and messaging consistency across platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet organisational content needs and priorities.
- Design and deliver innovative social media campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on performance metrics to optimise future strategies.
- Foster community interaction by responding to comments, messages, and enquiries.
- Develop crisis management approaches for reputational risks online.
- Oversee website updates and redevelopment projects to improve UX and functionality.
- Manage third-party vendors and tools related to online engagement.
- Implement SEO best practices to drive traffic and visibility.
- Ensure brand alignment and accessibility standards are met.
- Track, analyse, and report on the performance of digital initiatives.
- Provide insights and recommendations to guide ongoing strategy.
You are a skilled digital storyteller with a proven track record in delivering results across digital and social platforms. You combine creativity with data-driven decision-making and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Essential Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation for a high-profile brand or agency.
- Proven ability to design and deliver engaging multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO, analytics tools, and social media metrics.
- Experience with website content management systems, paid social campaigns, and multimedia content creation.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
