Marketing Assistant Job

This role is ideal for a creative and motivated individual who wants to support the Sales & Marketing team in driving business success. As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for executing marketing strategies, designing brand collateral, managing social media channels, and ensuring external partner websites are accurate.

The successful candidate will have excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet deadlines. They will also have experience with graphic design tools, such as Canva, and a strong understanding of digital marketing best practices.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute sales and marketing strategies
  • Design creative brand collateral
  • Manage social media channels
  • Evaluate and update external partner websites
  • Support website management using WordPress
  • Develop engaging content for blogs, newsletters, and communications
  • Manage CRM strategy and ensure GDPR compliance
  • Maintain competitor activity monitoring
  • Assist sales team with administrative tasks and database management
  • Contribute to PR and communications campaigns
  • Skills Required:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to prioritize tasks and work effectively
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in graphic design tools, such as Canva
  • Familiarity with digital marketing best practices
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Competencies & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in marketing or related field
  • Qualification in marketing or related field (desired)
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing principles and trends
  • Proven experience in managing marketing projects
  • Strong command of the English language
