As a highly motivated and experienced Guest Experience Expert, you will play a vital role in delivering seamless service and exceeding guest expectations at every touchpoint.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the overall guest experience, including itinerary planning, restaurant reservations, activity bookings, and guest transportation.
  • Building strong relationships with guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding them.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of the local area, recommending hidden gems and creating bespoke experiences for guests.
  • Ensuring exceptional service standards are upheld across all areas of the hotel.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating unforgettable memories.
  • Strong knowledge of the local area and its offerings.
