Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all conference and event areas, including lobbies, halls, meeting rooms, restrooms, and backstage spaces.
  • Set up event spaces with the necessary furniture, signage, and materials according to floor plans and client specifications.
  • Regularly inspect venues to ensure that cleanliness standards are met throughout the event.
  • Provide professional and courteous assistance to guests and event organizers as needed.
  • Replenish supplies such as toiletries, sanitizers, and paper products in restrooms and common areas.
  • Handle minor maintenance issues or report them to the appropriate department.
  • Clear waste bins, clean spills, and sanitize high-touch surfaces consistently.
  • Assist with dismantling and cleanup at the end of events.
Key Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a guest-facing role is preferred.
  • Ability to work under time constraints and on one's own initiative.
  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
