• Maintain high standard cleanlinessin all conference and event areas, including lobbies, halls, meeting rooms, restrooms, and backstage spaces.
• Set up event spaces with required furniture, signage, and materials according to floor plans and client specifications.
• Regularly inspect venues to ensure cleanliness standards are met throughout the event.
• Provide professional and courteous assistance to guests and event organizers as needed.
• Replenish supplies (e.g., toiletries, sanitizers, paper products) in restrooms and common areas.
• Handle minor maintenance issues or report them to the appropriate department.
• Clear waste bins, clean spills, and sanitize high-touch surfaces consistently.
• Assist with dismantling and clean-up at the end of events.

Previous experience in a guest-facing role is preferred

Ability to work under time constraints and on own initiative

Positive attitude with a strong work ethic

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
