Event Support Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and hardworking individual to join our team as an Event Support Specialist. This is a full-time position with flexible hours over 7 days a week, requiring a high level of cleanliness in all conference and event areas.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in lobbies, halls, meeting rooms, restrooms, and backstage spaces.
  • Set up event spaces with required furniture, signage, and materials according to floor plans and client specifications.
  • Regularly inspect venues to ensure cleanliness standards are met throughout the event.
  • Provide professional and courteous assistance to guests and event organizers as needed.
  • Replenish supplies in restrooms and common areas.
  • Handle minor maintenance issues or report them to the appropriate department.
  • Clear waste bins, clean spills, and sanitize high-touch surfaces consistently.
  • Assist with dismantling and clean-up at the end of events.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Previous Experience In A Guest-Facing Role Is Preferred, as well as the ability to work under time constraints and on own initiative. Positive attitude with a strong work ethic is essential for success in this role.
