Maintenance Technician Role
Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing various tasks on a daily basis, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in planned and unplanned maintenance of services, plant and equipment.
- Ensure preventative maintenance routines are completed in a timely manner and are appropriate to maintain safety, quality and performance standards.
- Perform general facilities maintenance around the site, including plumbing, lighting, painting, window & door repair.
- Provide support and assistance to the maintenance team with various tasks in electrical, mechanical and robotic areas.
- Assist in the introduction of new equipment and processes, contributing to their development.
- Participate in 6S & Lean Improvement Projects.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned.
- Hands-on mechanical or maintenance experience is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge in pneumatics or hydraulics would be beneficial but not essential.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Flexible working hours, including some overtime when required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
