Sales & Marketing Assistant Job Summary



We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a key member of the Sales & Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our brand by executing sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the execution of sales and marketing strategies for our hotel.
  • Design creative brand collateral, advertisements, and digital content using graphic design tools such as Canva.
  • Manage all social media channels including scheduling, posting, monitoring, and engagement.
  • Ensure external partner websites are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Support website management using WordPress.
  • Write engaging content for blogs, newsletters, and general communications.
  • Manage our CRM strategy, including database recruitment, management, and ezine creation while ensuring GDPR compliance at all times.
  • Monitor competitor activity in press and online.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, database management, invoicing, and supplier documentation.
  • Contribute to PR and communications campaigns.
  • Attend in-house and off-site sales and marketing events representing our hotel brand.
  • Be flexible to work occasional evenings and weekends when required.

Requirements:

  • Outstanding writing, editing, and oral communication skills in English.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize work assignments, and follow up effectively.
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Extremely detail-oriented with excellent organizational ability.
  • Confident, dynamic personality and team player.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
  • Calm and professional when dealing with challenging situations.
  • Flexible to work varying hours based on business needs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to promote positive relationships with colleagues.
