The successful candidate will have previous reception experience in a 3*, 4*, or 5* hotel, with a warm, positive personality and a genuine passion for guest care.

We are looking for a strong team player who can also work independently and use initiative when required.

The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail and pride in delivering excellent service.

Job Description:

As a Front Office Receptionist/Guest Relations, you will be responsible for managing smooth guest check-ins and check-outs, handling all guest queries professionally, and ensuring accurate guest billing and accounts.

You will collaborate closely with all hotel departments to provide seamless guest service and follow all departmental operational procedures and standards.

  • Manage smooth guest check-ins and check-outs with a warm, authentic, and knowledgeable approach.
  • Handle all guest queries professionally, providing information on in-house facilities, local attractions, and points of interest.
  • Ensure accurate guest billing and accounts, presenting them clearly at departure.
  • Collaborate closely with all hotel departments to provide seamless guest service.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Previous reception experience in a 3*, 4*, or 5* hotel
