We are seeking dedicated professionals to support adults toward independent living and community integration.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective plans to meet the ongoing needs of individuals supported.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide high-quality care services.
- Build strong relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Hold a minimum of a Level 7 on the QQI Framework – BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent qualification in Health or Social Care.
