We are seeking an experienced professional to manage contracts for our infrastructure projects.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a background in civil engineering and extensive experience in contract administration, project management, and communication. Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating specialists, managing contracts, reviewing submissions, expediting project schedules, ensuring compliance, and conducting regular inspections;
  • Preparing and presenting reports to clients;
  • Drafting and reviewing correspondences to contractors;
  • Liaising with internal teams and stakeholders;
  • Managing day-to-day operational duties;
  • Continuously improving operations and delivering quality customer service;
  • Proposing alternatives for expediting/recovering of project schedules with contractors for presentation to, and agreement with, the client;
  • Attending Risk Reduction meetings and recording actions and mitigations agreed;
  • Monitoring contractual compliance by the contractor, and early identification of issues and problems.
Requirements

To be considered, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field;
  • At least 5 years of post-graduate experience in infrastructure projects;
  • Ideal experience in mechanical/electrical systems projects and infrastructure maintenance.

  • Experience in chairing meetings and managing resources;
