Job Title: Network Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing level 1 and level 2 support for our network infrastructure, maintaining and monitoring the global Citco network, and troubleshooting within the network scope and outside into other technology areas.

This position requires a strong knowledge of TCP/IP protocols, OSPF multi-area, BGP v4, Cisco routers and switching, as well as experience in implementing network hardware redundancy. Additionally, proficiency in VMware Velocloud SDWAN, F5 load balancers, and Palo Alto firewalls is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance: software upgrades/patching of network devices (firewalls, routers, switches, SDWAN, etc)
  • Manage chronic problems to closure
  • Show good common sense and decision-making criteria
