Network Operations Role

This fast-paced position involves delivering frontline support for a network, addressing a wide range of business challenges. You will be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, multitasking, and providing operational support to various businesses.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Resolving incidents that occur
  • Maintaining and upgrading existing networks to current standards
  • Sustaining operations
  • Contributing to technical and procedural documentation
Key Requirements:
  • Working experience with IPv4, IPv6, BGP, IS-IS, and layer 2 technologies
  • Good understanding of large-scale LAN and WAN networking technologies
  • Knowledge of MPLS technologies, RSVP-TE, etc.
  • Experience with Juniper, Nokia, Arista, or Cisco routers
  • Ability to coordinate and troubleshoot with internal and external partner teams
  • Some proficiency with Linux preferred
  • Flexibility to work in a day-time shift pattern

Preferred Qualifications:
  • B.Sc. degree or equivalent experience
  • Juniper JNCIA/JNCIP, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, or equivalent experience
