About the Role

This Inside Sales Account Representative position involves complex selling within a sales cycle period, requiring a deep understanding of frontline sales strategies.

  • Target new customers through cold outreach and lead generation campaigns via phone calls and emails.
  • Manage full sales cycles, ensuring all customers are on active contracts.
  • Communicate with German-speaking customers, both verbally and in writing.
Responsibilities

As an Inside Sales Account Representative, you will:

  • Thrive in a supportive but independent workplace with opportunities for growth.
  • Balance scheduling sales meetings with new clients on a weekly basis.
  • Build and create a constant pipeline of prospect customers to scope.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Keeper products, staying knowledgeable about changes, updates, and new offerings.
  • Participate in cold call/role-play activities and shadow cold calls with colleagues.
  • Develop relationships with prospect customer contacts.
  • Leverage Salesforce.com database to accurately reflect pipeline and account activity.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • At least 3 years of software sales experience.
  • Bilingual proficiency in German and English (both verbal and written).
  • Experience selling identity access management solutions, including PAM.
  • An accomplished track record of selling software into IT organizations.
  • Salesforce experience.
  • A positive mindset, team-oriented, results-driven, and organized approach.
Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Cybersecurity experience.
  • Knowledge of the Information Security industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Suite programs.
  • Experience working with a Customer Relationship Management tool, preferably Salesforce.com.
