A family-run audiology clinic with multiple locations in the region.
This role will be based in Fermoy, with occasional travel to Cork City required for specific duties.
**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage our office operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing phone lines and scheduling appointments in a timely manner
- Oversight of day-to-day office activities
- Report writing and formatting
- Patient check-in and check-out during clinic hours
- Ensuring exceptional customer service standards
Occasional report writing and formatting, as well as receipt writing for insurance purposes, may also be required.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a senior administration position, preferably with some people management experience
- Excellent customer service skills and a pleasant demeanor towards patients
- Strong IT skills and comfort working with Microsoft Office
Previous experience in a patient-facing role is highly desirable.
