Job Title:

Secure Financial Futures Analyst.

About the Role:

This entry-level position focuses on processing orders and transactions from trading desks and branch offices. Working closely with the Operations - Transaction Services team is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify trades to ensure booking accuracy
  • Generate and match trade confirmations using ISDA templates
  • Complete settlement tasks and rate revaluations accurately and promptly
  • Coordinate transaction processing issues with relevant departments
  • Perform regulatory controls, account reconciliations, and record retention activities in line with established policies
  • Prepare and submit regular internal and external reports
  • Participate in periodic General Ledger proofing exercises as directed
  • Assess risk when making business decisions, considering the firm's reputation and safeguarding clients and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience preferred
  • Fundamental understanding of Treasury products, accounting, and regulatory policies
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent activities/projects in a high-risk environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of macros
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
