Job Summary:
Advanced Nurse Practitioner PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team in the acute assessment unit. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dedicated individual to deliver high-quality patient care and make a real difference in the lives of our patients.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes. They will also work effectively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
In addition to providing direct patient care, the Advanced Nurse Practitioner will mentor and educate staff members on best practices and new procedures. This will involve collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement training programs and ensuring that all staff members have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver excellent patient care.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Assess patients and develop care plans to meet their individual needs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
- Master's degree in nursing or related field (preferred)
- Current licensure as a registered nurse in state
- At least 2 years of experience in acute care setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
