Job Title: Technical Product Development Lead

The Senior Technical Product Development Lead is an intermediate-level position responsible for coordinating between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop the technical vision and execution of products, focusing on the technical aspects of product development and working closely with engineering teams.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring that the product aligns with both user needs and technical feasibility.
  • Define systems scope and objectives for complex projects and foster communication between business stakeholders and technology.
  • Consult with clients to solve complex system issues/problems through in-depth evaluation of business processes, systems and industry standards and recommends solutions.
  • Support system change processes from requirements through implementation and provide input based on analysis of information.
  • Code scripts as needed to support the business and development of requirements.
  • Assess system functional specifications to meet organizational goals.
  • Gather specifications and create and manage artefacts such as Epics and user stories or Business Requirements documents, including Acceptance criteria and Functional and Non-Functional requirements.
  • Identify and communicate risks and impacts, considering business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.
  • Advise new or lower level analysts and work as a team to achieve business objectives, performing other duties and functions as assigned.
