About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves working closely with our Sales Trading Desks, back office settlement teams, and Client Relationship Managers to provide exceptional support and ensure seamless trade execution. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring client confirmations, booking trades, managing queries, and establishing strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor client confirmations and investigate any discrepancies
  • Book trades and allocate them to clients in a timely manner
  • Manage queries and resolve issues promptly
  • Develop and maintain procedures to ensure efficient operations
  • Provide support to the London Sales Desk and ensure compliance with target control standards
Requirements:
  • Highly motivated and self-driven individual with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards in a fast-paced trading environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage and resolve queries
