Medical Devices Coordinator Role

This opportunity is for a highly skilled Medical Devices Coordinator to join our team in Dublin 12. The role involves managing medical devices, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of equipment and supplies, maintaining records and databases, and monitoring stock levels.

The successful candidate will have experience in medical administration, stock/inventory management, or logistics, with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach. This role requires a commitment to accuracy, compliance, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage orders, requisitions, and acknowledgements for medical devices
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of medical equipment and supplies
  • Maintain and update medical device records and databases
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure compliance with storage and traceability requirements
  • Investigate and resolve delivery discrepancies or product issues in line with quality standards
  • Support regulatory and quality audits with accurate documentation and reporting
  • Conduct usage and stock analysis with regular reporting to management
  • Liaise with healthcare providers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative, logistics, or medical supply-related role
  • Excellent MS Office skills; experience with SAP or similar systems an advantage
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Knowledge of medical device regulations or healthcare logistics desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused, with a professional and supportive approach to healthcare partners
  • Analytical mindset with ability to identify trends and suggest improvements
  • Flexible, adaptable, and proactive in managing workload
