Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Construction Site Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing construction projects, ensuring all works are completed in line with project drawings specifications and building regulations.
  • Coordinating and supervising sub-contractors and personnel on site, planning and constructing the project.
  • Working closely with the project manager/contracts manager to ensure works are completed as per programme and to a high standard.
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors, and site personnel.
  • Supervising works and checking the quality of works to ensure they meet the required standards.

Requirements:

  • A Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to use setting out instruments is essential and being competent in all aspects of set out, survey & level, temporary works coordination.
  • Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint.
