Project Manager - Kilkenny (Residential) A well-established contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a residential development project in Kilkenny.
Key Responsibilities: Manage all on-site operations including coordination of subcontractors and materials.
Maintain and track project schedules, ensuring work is completed on time & within budget.
Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Enforce strict adherence to health and safety standards; conduct site inspections and address any issues promptly.
Act as main point of contact for stakeholders e.g.
consultants, clients, & regulatory bodies.
Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may impact project progress.
Lead and support the on-site team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements: Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Equivalent industry experience also considered.
Minimum 5 years experience in site or project management.
Strong understanding of construction processes, building regulations, and site operations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven leadership and team coordination capabilities.
Proficiency with construction management tools (e.g., Procore, Primavera) is advantageous.
Full driving license and flexibility to travel to project sites when required.
