Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead our Workday ecosystem efforts within the Technology organization.

This role will focus on delivering strategic technology solutions in collaboration with Human Capital teams. The Product Manager will contribute to the development of human capital management technology and play a key role in integrating a new business unit into Workday, driving its strategic transformation.

The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of standard human capital functions, expertise in Workday (particularly Core HCM), and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced and complex business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define strategy, prioritize enhancements, and deliver solutions aligned with Human Capital and business objectives for the Workday product roadmap.
  • Translate complex Human Capital needs into scalable system solutions by partnering with Human Capital leaders and stakeholders.
  • Lead the product lifecycle from requirements gathering and backlog management to testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
  • Drive adoption and user experience through change management, training, and communications to ensure employees get the most out of Workday.
  • Ensure data integrity, compliance, and reporting excellence to support business insights and regulatory needs.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and Workday releases by proactively identifying opportunities for process optimization, automation, and system enhancements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Human Capital, Technology, vendors, and consultants to deliver high-quality, scalable, and compliant solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years experience in Human Capital technology management.
  • Deep understanding of Workday, particularly Workday HCM.
  • Strong track record of partnering with Human Capital teams to deliver tech solutions improving employee experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with influence across functions and levels.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to data accuracy, compliance, and reporting needs.
