Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team in Dublin City Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll, including processing weekly and monthly payrolls, ensuring compliance with PAYE/PRSI regulations, and liaising with relevant authorities as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process weekly and monthly payrolls for staff members
  • Maintain accurate records and files for payroll purposes
  • Ensure compliance with PAYE/PRSI regulations and guidelines
  • Liaise with Revenue Commissioners and Department of Social Welfare as necessary
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 5 years experience in SAGE Payroll (Micropay Professional) system
  • Detailed knowledge of PAYE and PRSI regulations
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
