We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our nursing home in Dublin as Assistant Director of Nursing.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a clinical expert who can inspire and motivate a dedicated care team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of high-quality patient care
  • Leverage leadership skills to drive staff engagement and motivation
  • Promote a culture of empathy, integrity, and kindness
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve organizational objectives

Requirements:

  • A current NMBI registration
  • Leadership experience at CNM or ADON level
  • A warm and person-centred approach to both residents and staff
  • Strong understanding of HIQA standards and clinical governance
  • A calm and supportive leader who leads by example and fosters a positive environment
