We are seeking a seasoned Tax Manager or Senior Manager to join our fast-growing advisory firm.

The role entails working with a diverse client base, focusing on tax advisory services for FDI businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing corporation tax compliance cases
  • Collaborating with partners on M&A, diligence, and reorganization assignments
  • Preparing tax technical memorandums for advisory projects
  • Contributing to firm-wide initiatives, including knowledge development and staff training

The successful candidate will possess strong technical competence in domestic and international corporate tax matters, excellent communication and organizational skills, and proven staff development/management abilities.
