We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Specialist to join our team in Ireland. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for serving as the main point of contact for business development within the specified industry sector in Ireland.

Your primary responsibilities will include facilitating communications between local teams, headquarters, and other subsidiaries on relevant project and application matters, while supporting field-based sales teams in delivering high levels of client satisfaction.

You will also be responsible for identifying potential for product expansion through upselling and cross-selling with existing and prospective clients, collaborating with internal departments to ensure client issues are resolved promptly, and maintaining open and consistent communication with the Dublin office and other subsidiaries to report on client needs and industry activities.
