We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our production environment, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experience.

  • Provide oversight for the technology batch environment, guaranteeing efficient and reliable system performance
  • Monitor and resolve technical issues promptly, minimizing downtime and maintaining high system availability
  • Navigate complex data management platforms, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic enhancements
  • Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders, fostering open communication and collaboration

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 5+ years of experience in a technology role, preferably in software development and/or application support
  • A hunger for continuous learning, driving innovation and improvement within the team
  • Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience with writing database queries using SQL (MS SQL preferred)
  • Familiarity with Linux operating system and scheduling tools (Autosys preferred)
