We are looking for an experienced catering professional who is passionate about exceptional food and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in the culinary industry and will be responsible for ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing delicious food to the highest standards
  • Supervising culinary and catering teams to deliver impeccable food and customer service
  • Communicating regularly with line managers to monitor KPIs and targets
  • Representing the company and maintaining a positive brand image
  • Liaising between customers and culinary and service teams to exceed expectations
  • Supporting and training teams, leading from the front to help everyone excel in their role
  • Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams

Requirements:

  • Passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
  • Minimum of two years of catering experience
  • Experience managing teams in a similar role
  • Basic Food Hygiene certificate
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ambitious and motivated individual always looking to upskill
