About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Catering Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team and driving business success.

In this role, you will plan, organize, coordinate, and lead a team to achieve business objectives. You will also ensure all financial targets are met within a framework of absolute financial control, manage client business within agreed budgets, and deliver budgeted profit and turnover for accounts as agreed with the line manager.

You will define and implement unit business plans in line with the division's strategic objectives, identify and drive opportunities for business growth within contracts and the external market, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive service management.
