Project Quantity Surveyor

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing turnkey contractor as a Project Quantity Surveyor, based in Central Dublin. As a key member of the commercial team, you will play a vital role in delivering projects from start to finish.
About the Role:- Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for compiling variation claims and maintaining schedules.
- You will prepare CVR reports, cost forecasts, and negotiate with subcontractors.
- Contractual correspondence with stakeholders is also a critical aspect of this role.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in MEP construction, including solar PV, BESS, heat pump, or utilities. A degree qualification in Quantity Surveying and 3+ years post-graduate experience in a QS role are also essential.
Requirements:- Valid working rights within Ireland.
- Experience working for a medium-sized or large contractor.
