As a Quantity Surveyor you will be based in Dublin with a growing project management & cost consultancy with serious growth plans for the years ahead. Having become very established in the market the team is lead by directors with experience in the industry and keen on leading innovative ways to take projects through their life-cycle. This team thrives on client challenges and finding ways to unique solutions to improve cost efficiency and time-line.

The Brief

Ideally you will be a Quantity Surveyor with a relevant degree pathway, think Bsc Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Construction Economics etc. This role would be suited to a Quantity Surveyor with 4 years experience as a minimum requirement. Working with a consultancy or developer would be advantageous (but don't be put off if you only have Contractor experience, we would still be keen to hear from you). In terms of Project experience you can expect Residential, Commercial and Retail Project in Ireland. As you will have experience under your belt, you should be able to show the value of projects you have worked on. You should display high levels of reporting, pricing and show the team what problems you have overcome on previous projects.
