Job Title:

Gynaecology Clinical Support Specialist

Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled professional to support the sales and market objectives by promoting our range of gynaecology devices to key opinion leaders and large hospital groups across the territory.

This role requires 12 weeks in-hospital observational training, where you will be shadowing an experienced territory manager who will be clinically supporting cases.

The successful candidate will provide customers with technical advice and appropriate training on the safe and effective use of our products and surgical techniques.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing customers with technical advice and appropriate training on the safe and effective use of our products and surgical techniques
  • Engaging with both existing and new healthcare professionals to develop a robust sales opportunity pipeline and advise on appropriate sales leads
  • Maintaining up-to-date records of customer activity on our CRM system, including information on customer usage, purchasing protocols and relevant competitor activity
  • Supporting the development of product and procedure knowledge with the sales team, which may involve teaching in a theatre setting, classroom teaching, or involvement in our induction training programme
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • 2-5 years' experience working as a hospital-based physio, scrub nurse or midwife
  • Specific experience in female healthcare, such as pelvic physio actively sought
  • A full clean driving license
