Clinical Support Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our clinical support team as a Clinical Support Specialist in the Gynaecology & Urology division.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting sales and market objectives by promoting a range of Gynae devices to Key Opinion Leaders and Large Hospital Groups across the territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customers with technical advice and appropriate training on the safe and effective use of the company's products and surgical techniques
  • Engage with both existing and new healthcare professionals to develop robust sales opportunity pipeline and advise appropriate sales leads
  • Maintain up-to-date records of customer activity on the CRM system, including information on customer usage, purchasing protocols and relevant competitor activity
  • Support the development of product & procedure knowledge with the sales team through teaching in a theatre setting, classroom teaching or involvement in our Induction Training Programme
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years' experience working as a hospital-based physio, scrub nurse or midwife
  • Specific experience in female healthcare such as pelvic physio actively sought
  • Full clean driving license
